Ignite and Breastfeeding?

The ignite diet is a good guide for how you should be eating. But I wouldn't follow the strictness of the 21 day ignite phase. Instead, look towards balance phase as your guide. It's healthy eating -- not dieting.

The breastfeeding expert at the hospital where I had my babies said that women who eat very differently can all breastfeed, but that reducing calories from what you normally eat would cause the body to cut production, regardless of where you start out. This is a case where calories count.

I'm no expert except I have breastfed four babies. I would think it would be safe. Just make sure you are getting enough calories. It is simply cutting out certain foods that might cause a reaction in you. I would think that is more healthy than junk food.
