im going out of town soon and the trip is 12 hours, so any suggestions on how to handle that since we leave on my last ignite day?
I am doing the same thing in two weeks I plan to take fresh fruit, almond butter, and pack a pre-made salad with me, but you can try and find restaurants or grocery store that has a good salad bar to make a stop through. Or even a steak house, most restaurants that grill meat will change to olive oil per request. As for my shake I am pre-blending it, though I am going to add the protein power right before I drink it.
