is 100% fruit juice not from concentrate allowed?

    Technically it is allowed, but it contains a lot of sugar from the fruit. You will lose weight faster if you skip the juice for a few weeks.

      what about juice I make from fresh fruit and veggies in my juicer? No added sugar.

      Hi manlewis,

      I love making fresh juice with my juicer too. For Ignite, stick to the veggie based juices and only drink one serving. For example, I love apple/carrot/ginger juice. Ginger is a great detoxification root, and it's traditionally used as a digestion aid. However, apples and carrots have a ton of sugar. Try to stick with mostly green juices during Ignite if you can. Spinach juice with lemon, celery, and a few slices of apple is one of my go tos.

    I don't think it is cause concentrate has sugars. Hope this helps.
