Is anyone else finding it hard to keep posting all their food blog items?
I've been doing Ignite for less than 1 week but I find it rather time consuming to put all my meals into the blog. I don't have an iPhone so I can't get the Ignite app. I guess it's not the most important aspect of the diet, but I do want some accountability. Suggestions?by: perezr06
I use the free Myfitnesspal app on my phone and on the web. I'm liking daily burn to help make sure I don't get stuck in a rut with exercise, but I really love MFP to track and log food.
I have also been using the MyFitnessPal app for the last month and it works great,is easy to use and is the top rated nutritional tracker on the Android ,IOS and web. It has really helped me.
Thank you both for the suggestion! I'll look into it: it'll be nice to have an app ready to go instead of searching for ways to upload my pics here.
I just keep a log on my kitchen counter and log it in for a couple of days. You could just log it in once a week using the log system if you like. I hope this helps.
