Is it normal to feel hungry during ignite?
I'm still new to this site, but not really new to working out. I feel that, during a diet change, feeling hungry at times is normal. It's your body getting used to the change and in this case, proper eating and eating less. Your stomach may have become larger than is necessary and is in the process of shrinking to where it needs to be. Stick with it and if the hunger doesn't go down within a reasonable amount of time, re-evaluate your plan.
