Is it ok to do a different workout when I feel to sore to do the scheduled workout for the day?

    I often change up the daily workout if I am feeling really sore. I will switch it with my yoga day and that generally helps me out a lot. I also use a heating pad, which can alleviate some of the soreness. Hope this helps!

    Yeah, I also will switch up the workouts if I'm too sore. I'd recommend ice over heat though. Heat tends to increase inflammation, and although it feels good while you're doing it, it can cause more problems in the long run.

      Epsom salt baths, cool or warm, you choose. It really soothes sore muscles. Switching up your routines should be fine. The important thing is to keep moving.
