Is it okay to do Inferno as well as my Zumba workout?
It's ok to do this if you are feeling full of energy, but you might want to choose one or the other if you are just starting a new fitness routine after not working out for a while. Beginning exercisers risk overuse injuries. If you are in moderate shape and you feel like burning off some energy, go for it. Just make sure to refuel after both workouts.
