Is it possible to gain weight, when you are working out?

  • I started Inferno 2 weeks ago, and I lost 4 pounds in the first week, now in the second week without changing a thing in my workouts or in my diet I gained 2 pounds.

    Very common...the body adapts fast to change. What usually works for me on plateaus is taking a day or two of recovery then going back stronger.

      I agree about the recovery days. Also remember that muscle is heavier than fat, so for me, now that I've reached my goal 'size', I've stopped worrying about the scales. Keep going :)
