Is Kefir allowed on the 21-day Ignite program?

    I would go with water or coconut kefir. It's easy and less expensive to make at home. You could also try Kombucha or other fermented foods to get your probiotics. If you like coconut taste it's also easy to make a coconut kefir yogurt that's dairy free. Here is a link to a great website. Hope this helps.
