Is there a particular pattern to the order of workouts in Intelliburn?
Is there a particular pattern to the order of workouts in Intelliburn? I am accustomed to alternating strength training and cardio, but on day three here, I see MC, Kickboxing, Cardio.by: terpgomer
It's pretty complex - but Intelliburn is actually picking the best workout for you based on skill level, response of other users to different workouts, what types of workouts you did in the past days, etc. It's kind of like having a personal trainer modify your program on the fly...
I was wondering the same thing but every time I was sore from a couple of days of strength training along came an easy cardio or recovery workout. So, I'm still trusting the program. I haven't felt over or under trained yet.
