Is there a place on the website where I can find a list of the workouts I have done so far? Or at least in the past week?
I want to know this too.. or if you orriginally start on one series such as "Move" but you want to try and discover "Yoga" as well, how do you start from the 1st video of the new series? Daily Burn automatically keeps you at the same level of difficulty(meaning, day 4 or day 5).. even though you've switched trainers and disciplines.
