Is there a way I can move to the middle of a workout?

  • My internet sucks which is not dailyburn's fault, but occasionally it will disconnect me in the middle of a video. It's really irritating to have to start over from the beginning, especially when I'm trying to sneak a workout in between classes. Is there a way to pick up where I left off?

When you go back to that workout and press play, there should be an option to resume to the workout from the time you left off. What device are you watching the videos from?

A macbook. There's no resume workout when this happens.

If you move your cursor to the bottom of the screen, you will see a progress bar appear with the "<< II >>" on the left. You can click on the ">>" and skip each move until you reach the point where you want to pick it up. This is also helpful when you want to see what a workout looks like before you do it.
