Is there a way to customize your workout calendar?
I'm completely addicted to TBT. The one thing I'd like is to be able to move the workouts around a bit. Now that I've gone through one complete rotation, I'd like to be able to schedule my intense workouts (90/30, Endurance, etc) during the week, and my recovery workouts for the weekend. I realize that goes a bit against the original intention of the program design, but is that possible?by: JennyDahl
Hey Jenny. Since the programs are designed to be done in a certain order to maximize results, there's no real way to move the workout schedule around. However, you can still use the Discover feature ( http://dailyburn.com/workout_... ) to manually select what workout you want to do on a specific date.
