Is there an app that helps to keep track of how many carbs, proteins and fats you can consume during any given meal? If not, there really should be.

there isn't one on this site. for tracking carbs, protein, fat, calories burnt etc you need to register at dailyburns other site found at http://tracker.dailyburn.com
Lots of people from both sites have emailed and requested joining both sites but adminstrators seem adament about keeping them seperate.-
antlombYes ... so that you pay twice for premium services.

There's a lot of them in addition to the DB tracker. To name a few: Livestrong MyPlate, Sparkpeople, Fitday, Calorie King. Even the USDA has one, though I can't remember what it's call. They all work a little bit differently, so I've bounced around between quite a few of them over the years.

Why isn't the Daily Burn tracker integrated with the new website? It seems kind of odd that they have separate premium options that require separate payments...
