Is there any way of tracking calories burned and progress?
Bear in mind that the calories burned that pop up on the screen are just estimates. In reality it will vary from person to person based upon gender, weight, individual metabolism and a few other factors.
If you want a more accurate way of estimating how many calories you've burned I would suggest getting a heart rate monitor. I have the Polar FT4 and it's worth every penny. Regardless of which one you get though, you want to make sure to get one with a chest strap for the most accurate results.
