Is there room to keep my own 3-day strength routine in DB15?
I have just done day one of db15 (MMA was hard and fun!) and I want to continue for the full 15 days. I like to strength train full body 3 days a week (basic moves: squat, stiff legged deadlift, push-up, rows, and planks)
Is there room for my strength routine in the DB15? I like it b/c it gets me moving first thing in the a.m. before the kids wake up and start interrupting me. (I can strength train later in the day).

Yes, as long as you feel like you have enough energy, you can do DB 15 and your 3 day routine at the same time. You'll probably see results faster! 15 minutes is a great supplemental workout, and yes, I agree about the morning energy pick-me-up that you get from DB15!
