Is there somewhere on the website that shows a full calender of days you have worked out and what those workouts were?
I signed up for the MOVE program and i'm on day three. I know we can see the upcoming 7 days of workouts but i was wondering if there is a full calender somewhere where you can see the entire month to plan ahead. Also when are the 'break' days for this program?by: bthygeson
