Looking at the Ignite suggested menu that calls for a can of Tuna. My can says contains TUNA, SOY.

  • Should I not use the canned tuna as recommended by the recipe, or is there some kind of soy-free canned tuna out there that I missed? I have canned chunk light tuna in water. Or is the soy content so minimal that it's still ok to eat during the Ignite stage?

Even those trace amounts can add up and cause harm in our systems, so we recommend finding a soy-free one, if possible.
