Need help! I built an intolerance to almond products!
When I started Ignite, I had a small allergy to raw almonds. I had no problems with drinking the almond milk and almond butter. Now two months later, I'm now getting an upset stomach, bloating, and constipation after consuming those products. The days when I don't consume them, I'm fine. Now I need to switch to Coconut milk more often, but the calories and fat are way higher:( I thought about rice milk once and a while but I heard it's like drinking sugar to the body and it has non Ignite oils in them. Have you looked at Sunflower Seed milk? I've been using that for my ignite shakes and it isn't to bad on the calories/fat. (I think it is only 45 calories per serving for the unsweetened.) The brand my wife buys is called Sol.
I also saw an article about making your own Sunflower seed milk...if you are feeling thrifty. :)
