Okay so I know I don't have any excuse but I'm struggling getting through any of the workouts.

  • I had knee surgery in November and I've lost 35 pound and now I'm stuck around 196. Yes, I know it's self-imposed but how do I get this moving with modifications that I can do without giving up any weight loss value?
