Picking the right program

  • I used to workout 5x a week at a gym, but then that slowed down when I got into the middle of my pregnancy. Now here I am my son is 18 months and I want to get back in shape. It has been almost two years I have been out of an exercise routine. I have done two days of True Beginner and it has been pretty easy. Should I stick with it or bump up to an intermediate? I really don't want to push to hard and burn out. Anyone else make the switch up? Is it a big change?

    I started off with the DB15. It is just 15 minutes and it is not as easy as the true-beginner. That one was too easy. I have not exercised in several years and it is challenging but just right...

    Try Cardio Sculpt! A nice combo of weights and boxing and cardio! Think you'll like it :)
