Points Still Not Updating

  • I posted a week ago about my points not updating, and the issue still persists. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I contacted support and never got a response. DB's concept is great, but things like this are beyond frustrating! At this time, I'm in the hole for at least 5 completed exercises, and I'm sure this would put me at LEAST half way to the next ranking upgrade. Please fix this or respond and let your subscribers know what's going on!

    Our developers are still checking into any issues regarding updated points. There have only been a few issues of users reporting this, so we're attempting to figure out what is causing it. We'll send you an email with an update shortly.

      @lbuddy @Lauran807 We resolved an issue yesterday that was responsible for points not be awarded to users. This is all cleared up now, so you shouldn't have a problem with this now.

      I have also done workouts recently that have not updated including this morning after completing power pilates with JR

    That's funny because when I work out on my i-Pad Daily Burn app, go to daily burn online my points don't update at all and this has been going on for a week. I can't even get to the point where I give input on a workout. It's really getting frustrating.
