Points Updating

The post workout results, along with total points on your account, are not updated in realtime. For instance, if you finish a workout, you might not see your points updated until later in the day when you visit the site. However, if you've completed a few videos and have noticed your points staying the same the entire time over the past few days, then something may be going on. If that is the case, you can contact our support team at support@dailyburn.com and our developers will check out your account.

Yes, I have had the same problem and have written to Daily Burn tech support three times. No response. As to the points not updating in real time, I would suppose two or three days would be enough time?

Lauran807I hope that this will be remedied soon. I'm in the hole at least 1000 points, and the ranking system has actually played a huge role in me staying motivated. I never had to wait 2 to 3 days for my points to update prior to this problem. They used to update right after I refreshed. So frustrating!!

i have this problem too, and with the badges as well, i watched my first video yesterday and still no badge.
I'm the same, Deeviaful. For me, it might be because of the time difference. I'm not in the US, and looking at my page it shows the work out I did last night plus this morning's as being on the 21st. So, perhaps when 22nd comes around in the US, it'll update. ? Hope so, I'm looking forward to seeing my points. :)
