For instance, if you finish a workout, you might not see your points updated until later in the day when you visit the site. However, if you've completed a few videos and have noticed your points staying the same the entire time over the past few days, then something may be going on. Yes, I have had the same problem and have written to Daily Burn tech support three times. No response. As to the points not updating in real time, I would suppose two or three days would be enough time?
