roughly how long does it take to see a change if you are doing daily burn everyday and eating healthy?
I guess it depends how much weight you have to loose or what your goals are. I'm new here and only 5 days in and I've been doing it each day so far as well as eating very well. Eating well is probably going to make the biggest difference to weight loss. I've lost 2 pounds already and feeling my muscles getting a good work out. I think if I keep it up it should reach the point that people start seeing a change within a month or so. I can feel the change in my body and know if I stick to the workouts and the healthy eating that the change will come.
