Should I start over, skip ahead or pick up where I left off?

  • I am currently following the TBT program. Thanks to a cold and then a blackout thanks to the blizzard this past weekend, I've missed out on 4 days of TBT and now I'm really behind. Should I start over, pick up where I left off or skip ahead to where the calendar is at now?

    How far into the program were you? If more than a week I would say just pick up where you left off. Wouldn't recommned skipping ahead.

      I have also been frustrated with not being able to count no program exercise....I just started balance and no way to boost my 10 points to 15 if I don't do all of my videos here.

      because of the hours I work I cannot workout 3 days a week. I wasnt sure what to do either so I just went with the workout that was designated for that day. Should I have picked where I left off, or do all the ones I missed?
