Should I start over, skip ahead or pick up where I left off?

I am currently following the TBT program. Thanks to a cold and then a blackout thanks to the blizzard this past weekend, I've missed out on 4 days of TBT and now I'm really behind. Should I start over, pick up where I left off or skip ahead to where the calendar is at now?

How far into the program were you? If more than a week I would say just pick up where you left off. Wouldn't recommned skipping ahead.

I'm almost 2 weeks in. I was leaning toward picking up where I left off, but wasn't sure what was recommended for the program. Thanks!
I agree. There needs to be more guidance on that. I missed two days. It should be setup to where you just pick up where you left off or have to start over rather than making it seem like you need to stick with the schedule of the program by having the missed days crossed out.
I have also been frustrated with not being able to count no program exercise....I just started balance and no way to boost my 10 points to 15 if I don't do all of my videos here.
because of the hours I work I cannot workout 3 days a week. I wasnt sure what to do either so I just went with the workout that was designated for that day. Should I have picked where I left off, or do all the ones I missed?
