Should I take a fiber supplement?

A main part of the program is to get away from all the things that are bad for your body and fake foods, so i'm thinking just eatting the veggies would be the better option. The veggies arnt just for the fiber, alot of the veggies are to give you low amounts of natural sugars, vitamins, minerals, make balanced proteins, help you feel full and stay full a little longer, etc. Fiber supplements dont have those benefits and i dont think it would be a good replacement.
