Should I workout if my muscles hurt too much?
Hi, I am new to the Daily Burn, and am on Day #3 of workouts, which is a kickboxing one I do believe. My first 2 days have made my quads extremely sore and tight, even with stretching and rolling them out.
I am wanting some trainer advice on whether or not I should go ahead and workout, or if not, what should I replace my workout with?herosfirefly by:
The answer rests woth you .... if it is Just soreness
actually movement and exercise will help flush the irritating chemicals out of the muscles
but like you said if you're having tightness as well and stretching and rolling isn't making that get any better you might be risking an injury if you do some strenuous work
when this happens to me a good mild session of yoga or flexibility exercises help
