Should I workout if my muscles hurt too much?

  • Hi, I am new to the Daily Burn, and am on Day #3 of workouts, which is a kickboxing one I do believe. My first 2 days have made my quads extremely sore and tight, even with stretching and rolling them out.
    I am wanting some trainer advice on whether or not I should go ahead and workout, or if not, what should I replace my workout with?
