So, on Ignite Artifical sugar and blatant sugars are off limits, but NATURAL SUGAR is okay?? I see all this fruit on the diet. Is that safe?

Yes fruit and stevia are ok, mostly your trying to avoid is added sugar or processed foods loaded with the evil 6. 20grams or less of sugar per meal is the goal coming mostly from fruits and veggies.

Ooh, wow I didn't know that.. How did you come to learn about the "20 grams of sugar or less" rule? I feel like I should have read the instructions more carefully...
Its probly some where in the PDF for dailyburn but Anthony posted the 20grams rule, so i go by it. I still havnt read the entire PDF it is LONGGGG...but why they hide all the detailed info in the PDF instead of on the website i dont know.
Why is stevia okay? I thought all added fake sugars were bad.
Stevia is not a sugar it is a herb thats sweet so it is in a different category. It would be like adding mint or rosemary to your food.
