So what kinda of preparations have you made to ensure you stick to ignite?

Biggest thing for me is to pack food for lunch. I usually have a big enough dinner so I can save some for the next day's lunch.

very true indeed. But tbh admittedly I am a lil lazy when it comes to cooking esp when Im quite busy. So in my quest for a solution, I learned about freezer cooking. Found a great rescource on onceamonthmom.com.

I've become a fan of the dump and freezing meats. So I've been stocking up of the right foods so that this wkend I can spend the day preparing food (Mainly meats) for 21 days, and hopefully a bit beyond

So all I have to do is the night before is remove the bits from the freezer for the next day to defrost. ready to cook.

Also as I work in a office during the day I found a lekue steam case (You can see it in my meal photos) this allows me to steam cook up my raw meats, fish and veg in under 10mins just in the microwave. It tastes delicious and needless to say, there have some envious colleagues after seeing my lunches.
