I do not really eat much wheat (because my body does seem to have a sensitivity to it) but I do eat sprouted grains which does contain some unprocessed sprouted wheat along with many other sprouted grains. Wheat in this form does not bother my body at all and is an excellent source of fiber and high quality lean protein. Ezekiel bread is the brand I use. Are these allowed on ignite?by: b4uandme
There's still gluten in it, so we'd stay away from it.
