Stretching videos?

  • I find myself forgetting to stretch before doing the daily workouts, and then paying for it later. I saw that there is one entire video devoted to stretching, but are there any that are meant to be short warmup and cool down stretches before/after the other videos? If not, are there any plans to do this?

Judi's supreme Stretch, and Cody's Mobility Yoga are great... Each of the workouts does a warm up ... Put them together and you can do them on your own. Just remember to go neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, chest, waist, hips, knees, ankles... Be safe if you need more info shoot me a note.

I generally find all but the really short videos have great warm-up/cool-downs. Cody especially does well at this.

I really like Cody's mobility Yoga, because it is quite short and you can tag it on to the end of another workout. I have also noticed that since I started doing more of the stretching poses in there, I get less tension-related headaches or back pain, and I sleep much better. The pigeon pose is also awesome after doing tons of squats

Just from my personal experience, I tend to do two videos: one a general fitness video and the other a stretching video. I usually save the stretching video for at night, right before bed, to help aid recovery.
