Suggestions to redistribute weight from wrists
I broke my wrist in 2007 and have had problems with it off and on since then. My main concern is while working out, it's really hard to support any body weight with it, so I can't really do push ups and things like that. Is there any suggestions as to how to make these kinds of moves less stressful on my wrist?by: FcarolineM
What about putting the weight on your fists or on dumbbells instead?
