Tabata Sit-Throughs... modification to reduce wrist stress?
Loved the Tabata workout I just did and I was able to do all the exercises except one: even the easy modification of the sit-throughs put too much stress through my wrists and I didn't feel stable or comfortable. I think I can work-up to them, but in the mean-time can anyone suggest a modification that puts less stress on the wrists?torymead by:
I would use a dumbbell. Rather placing your wrist flat on the floor place it on a dumbbell (it needs to have flat ends so it doesn't roll away) this allows your knuckles to align with your wrist and reduce so e of the pressure. I do this with push-ups and planks as well. I hope this helps :)
