The first week, I lost 6 lbs. Now I am on day 12 and still have only lost the original 6lbs. why isn't the scale moving?

  • I am eating the same things. Shake for breakfast, salad for lunch and then a lean protein for supper. I don't think its too much, like overeating. Any advice

    I wouldn't worry so much about the scale as much as I would worry about inches from your waist. Your weight fluctuates depending on the time of day and how much water and food you have in you. Just keep active, REST, stay low stress, and eat right. Try snacking in between meals, carrots, celery, nuts (almonds and cashews.) For breakfast, don't be afraid to have a nice big breakfast (bacon, eggs, fruit, or a shake, etc,,). Make sure you get plenty of water in between meals, and make sure your body is getting enough carbs along with that protein and veggies (after your workout.) Try also keeping your liquids to water, black coffee and black or green tea. Low dairy, no bread or pasta. Get some fat into your diet, like avocados, a piece of dark chocolate, olive and coconut oil, and nuts. Mix it up a little. Try looking at different recipes and see what works. Keep eating, but eat clean. Don't get discouraged, the weight will fall off if you keep trying.
