the protein shake that I have at home for breakfas has all the bad things in it. Any suggestions on what I can eat this morning?
I know I'm a little late on this - but if you're shake has the evil 6 ingredients, a good breakfast alternative is scrambled eggs with chopped veggies (if you have time you can add those). If I am super busy, I scramble 3 eggs and eat it pretty fast on my way out the door.
