Thinking of changing programs
I am doing the cardio sculpt program. I like the program but its a LONG program and Im at the point now where the workouts are more like 40-50 minutes and alot of times that is too long for me. I do my workouts in the am before getting ready for work. I need more like 30 minute workouts and I have to modify some things due to my knee. What might be a good workout to switch to?by: vicky31mom
