This may sound crazy but..
I feel like I'm loosing too much weight too quickly on Ignite.
I've lost about 6 lbs in five days and I'm afraid of losing too quickly because I don't want to gain it back again, and I'm fearing that it may be water weight.
I have one of those scales that measure bf/water/bone/muscle and I know they are pretty inaccurate, but my water weight hasn't budged and my bf went down by .4% and I lost some muscle. I haven't been working out due to my low energy levels on the 1st week of Ignite, but I will start on monday.

If you are just starting a workout routine and/or making healthy changes in your eating, you will lose weight quickly for the first 2-3 weeks. That is normal. Yes, those numbers can be scary or possibly misleading (since you won't lose 6 lbs every week), but your weight loss will slow down and your body will figure things out. You shocked your system with the new workouts and it's responding accordingly. If in your third or fourth week, you are still dropping the big numbers, maybe take a good look at your food intake and make sure that you are eating enough to fuel your body for the amount of work you are asking of it. And don't forget to drink extra water (84 oz is the starting line) when you are working out extra hard.
Remember, a healthy rate of weight loss is 1/2 - 2 lbs per week. Keep that number in mind and see what your body does.
