Upper Body Strength
I need to strengthen my upper body. Biceps/Triceps, Shoulders, Chest, and Back muscles as well.
What are some of your favorite and most effective workouts here on Daily Burn that target those areas? It doesn't have to be designed for those areas, as long as those areas get work.by: xWandaxWandsx
I think Upper Body Roller Coaster and Push are good work outs for upper body. I also like Anja's Box and Burn.
There are also some strengthening and toning workouts that you can find by using "Discover" and then choosing JR under the Trainers section. I haven't been on a program that has his workouts as part of the plan, but I discovered those on my own, and I really like them. He has Push (as zash19 mentioned) and also Pull, which break down chest, back, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. He has some other workouts as well - Lethal Legs and some Abs workouts, if you are interested.
