I saw changes immediately. I lost 5lbs the first week I started dailyburn. Really eating those leafy green and helathy carb verggies, fruits, healthy fats like nuts and advocado, with the ocassionaly lean protein like fish or chicken. Eat this and workout everyday with recovery workouts on the weekend and you will see quick results within a few days.

Also go to a sauna room and sit in it for about 15-25 mins a day or every other day to help realease toxins quicker and spead up your motabolism! I did this and lost 18-19 inches in one month.

Weight loss is dependent on each individual. Your metabolism, body type, and plenty of other factors all play a part in weight loss. If you aren't getting the results you want, don't fret! There are plenty of things you can do to tweak your routine. Also, your body may be shedding fat at the same time you're gaining muscle, leaving you with the impression that you aren't making any change. Personally, I haven't seen any weight loss since starting DailyBurn because of this. You should measure your waist size (or body fat) as well as your weight in order to get a better overall picture of your weight.

As other posters have said, it varies on a lot factors including bodyweight, metabolism etc. The most important thing is to try and concentrate on creating a calorie defecit of at least 500 calories a day which means you should loose 1lb a week, but gaining muscle in this time can effect the overall weight loss, which also means you should try and get some scales that measure body fat % which is much better indicator of body composition and whether you are losing fat or not.
