These are some of my favs: Kale, Broccoli, Red peppers, spinach, squash, red garnet yams, romaine lettuce, chard, Brussels spouts, peas, green beans, carrots. These are all really high in nutrients and quite filling.

This is a grouping of high fiber vegetables most of these vegetables I eat in my regular diet such as: sweet corn, coleslaw, broccoli, green peas, chickpeas, lentils, kidney beans, green leafy vegetables, collard greens, spinach, dried peas, tomato, brussel sprouts, cooked beets, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, raw onions, summer & winter squash, sweet potato, sweet pepper, peas, artichokes, and green beans. I have not eaten much of these, but I am willing to try these vegetables: beet greens, bok choy, celery kale, and swiss chard. New adventures to be had yum yum.
