What are your results? I've been doing Ignite for 10 days and have lost 6 lbs. What are some of your results? Please list the duration too.
I don't believe in weighing yourself everyday, so I do it weekly. I did do a sneak weigh in after 2 days and I had already lost a pound, but that could have been water weight. The best way to weigh yourself is once a week, on the same day, at the same time. I typically do it on Tuesday mornings before I shower for work.
