What can replace milk?

coconut milk the berverage kind (not the cooking kind that comes in a can)
Almond Milk
Rice Milk
Hemp Milk
Pretty much the only ones i know of, almond and rice are probly the easiest ones to get in smaller cities or markets. -

Based on the ignite nutrition plan, I think coconut milk or almond milk can replace milk, although I'm not sure if you would be getting a sufficient amount of calcium.

BawanaI like the almond milk myself, it is 2.78 at krogers a half gallon. Aldi has it a few cents cheaper if it is convienent for you.

Almond milk is claimed to have more calcium than regular milk. It's worth it to check it out and do a little research about it :)
