What do I drink instead of Gatorade?

There is this electrolyte mix that Emergen-C sells that love. No sugar. It kind of tastes like lemon lime Gatorade without the sugar.

One of my favorite gatorade alternatives tastes great and travels well. Basically, you buy a tube of flavored electrolyte tablets from a running or endurance sports store, and add one to your water bottle right before your workout. Make sure to avoid the "sugar-free" tablets, which contain artificial sweeteners.

Vega Sport makes an "Electrolyte Hydrator" that I really like. All of their products are gluten, dairy, sugar and soy free, so I think they'd be compatible with Ignite. I love their protein powder too!

Coconut water is my drink of choice -- 100% natural and has the SAME electrolyte balance as our blood plasma. I try to drink one a day. Remember to stay away from the meat (as that is where all the calories are).

angiea6399Yes, but watch the sugar levels in coconut water. Can be quite high! I have ran half marathons-and my drink of choice is pure, filtered H20!

Coconut Water! If you can't stand the taste add a 1/4 cup of your fav. all natural juice :)

I drink coconut water
what do you all think of just water with lemon juice?
I went to a godd health store and asked a doctor about how bad soda was, she said yes soda is bad. I asked what does she drink she said lemon sqeezed into water. Lemon has 180 know good benefits.
I am a holistic health counselor, and I agree-Lemon has many good properties! Very cleansing. Many clients drink a cup of hot water with fresh lemon every morning-it boosts the metabolism and detoxes. :) Just make sure to use FRESH lemon, not the bottled junk with additives!
