What do I eat?
Have you looked at any of the snack recipes? I worked on a couple of them and they are VERY satisfying! And... part of it is to simply adjust your mind! Learn to enjoy the taste of new foods and specifically adding new spices to flavor foods. You develop certain "taste" by familiarizing yourself with new foods. Your body begins to adapt to them and food that was normally what food eats begins to become satisfying! And yes, all our favorite junk food is out!
