    I love my Black Forest Smoothie:
    1 cup almond milk
    1.5 scoops protein powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon peanut butter
    1/2 frozen dark cherries
    lots of ice

      Can't you just use all natural peanut butter? There's no added preservatives- it's just peanut butter...I'm on the Ignite phase, and have been eating all natural peanut butter

    Because I don't have any protein powder, I invented this smoothie today to help me get 20g of protein without cheating. I loved it and already set aside some ingredients so I can make it again tomorrow!

    PB&J Smoothie
    3/4 C coconut milk
    3/4 C water
    1 C frozen blackberries
    1/4 C almond butter
    1 banana
    2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

    This is kind of weird, but I like 1 scoop of DailyBurn Fuel, 1 raw egg yolk (from farm fresh eggs), 1 handful of spinach, frozen berries, almond milk, and 2 tbsp of almond butter. I really like the taste, and it's really nutritious. I totally eat the raw egg at my own risk, so most people might not want to do that.

    PB2(that's the all natural peanut butter powder), different berries and at times NO sugar applesauce OR 1/2 of a peeled gala apple. I use a seed supplement too call Anutra Grain that's awesome. Sometimes I made it creamy by adding avocado and spinach to it

    DailyBurn's Pina Colada shake is my favorite! I like to add more coconut milk than water for a creamier shake.

    Almond milk, frozen berries, chia seeds, protein powder, spinach. I
    Adding greens and/or sprouts is a great way to get in your veggies, and it doesn't really change the taste.

    Always a leafy green(spinach, kale, collard, etc.) and flaxseed or chia seed. Change it up with mango. A slice of fresh ginger adds a nice touch as well.

    I like to change it up. I use raw milk, an avocado and/or yogurt, frozen fruit, and sometimes melted coconut oil. I had also heard that adding grass-fed gelatin can super charge a smoothie..... I might try it sometime, ha. :)

    3 ice cubes (for volume)
    1/2 frozen banana (for a creamier shake)
    a pinch of xanthan (to thicken it up)

    Tastes like a peanut butter cup :)

    Sweet and Simple - Frozen Strawberries, Spinach, Water, and Vanilla DailyBurn Fuel. The spinach perfectly balances out the sweetness of the strawberries. I used to drink Green Shakeology and this mimics it, but makes me feel much better as Shakeology uses Whey Protein.

    Whatever was in my cupboard day!!

    I actually didn't feel like eating this morning so I put some O.J, water, a scoop of vanilla powder and a whole package of instant oatmeal, apples and cinnamon flavored. It was actually pretty darn good. I recommend using almond milk though I ran out of it today haha.
    I don't like any grit in my shakes but I have found some of it is good for us it makes us chew a little releasing our saliva for digestion which we need!

    there was a really cool recipe on the the DB site that I found. here goes!
    Healthy Frosty Shake
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    2 scoops DB chocolate fuel
    2 cups ice
    1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
    1 banana ( but I hate bananas in my smoothies so i just sub frozen strawberries)
    ---Tastes so good! thick texture just like a Frosty, and it gets rid of that chalky taste the chocolate daily fuel gives you. I drink it every morning, and it keeps me full for hours.

    I haven't bought fuel yet and I don't want to cheat by using bananas--- so I haven't been having shakes. What can I put in a shake that will be filling, and have the protein I need without it being inedible?

      We bought VegaOne instead of Fuel because it was easier to get nearby. It's very similar and free from everything we are to stay away from.

    I like frozen pineapple with coconut milk. I also like adding cocoa powder and berries. The protein powder I use has a coffee flavor and I add cooled coffee to this with almond milk and it was delicious and kept me from drinking coffee later in the day. I try to have a different shake every day so that I don't get bored.

    I recently started using Raw Meal vanilla by Garden of Life. It's a meal replacement shake powder. I found it on Amazon.com. It has some amazing ingredients like protien from sprouts, it's organic, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. I add 6 oz. pineapple juice to my blender, then water to make 10 oz. and 1 scoop powder. Blend then chug. Taste is ok but it's a little gritty. Don't let it sit or it will thicken.

    Skim milk and chocolate total soy with handful of frozen mixed fruit (peaches, mangos, strawberries) with less than 1/4 cup coffee. Tastes like Arby's Jamocha shake!

    Organic unsweetened soymilk, about 2 tbsp soft tofu, about 1/2 cup fat free plain organic yogurt, about 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, and 1 banana (for some reason the texture is smoother/better if the banana is frozen, too!)
