What do you put in your shake for breakfast?

I'm pretty simple - I like Vanilla DailyBurn Fuel, ice, water, almond milk, and frozen mixed berries.
This is kind of weird, but I like 1 scoop of DailyBurn Fuel, 1 raw egg yolk (from farm fresh eggs), 1 handful of spinach, frozen berries, almond milk, and 2 tbsp of almond butter. I really like the taste, and it's really nutritious. I totally eat the raw egg at my own risk, so most people might not want to do that.
Strawberries and cream shake
1/2 - 1c frozen strawberries
1 whole kiwi
1/2c unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops vanilla daily fuel
The apple cinnamon shake is delish...maybe add some almond butter to that as well!
Baby Power Greens (kale, spinach, chard), frozen unsweetened fruit (blueberries and pineapple), hemp seed, stevia, Green Smoothie Girl Vegan protein powder (I'll buy Fuel once I run out of this), almond milk.
I like to change it up. I use raw milk, an avocado and/or yogurt, frozen fruit, and sometimes melted coconut oil. I had also heard that adding grass-fed gelatin can super charge a smoothie..... I might try it sometime, ha. :)

Cocoa powder (Unsweetened)
1c. frozen cherries
1c. Almond milk
Daily Burn vanilla, or RAW Meal vegan protein powder, Athletic Greens, Flax seed oil, frozen berries and cherries, and almond milk
My all time favorite shake:
7 frozen strawberries (or fresh)
1 sliced banana
1C white grape juice
1C plain, low fat yogurt (i know... dairy...)
1/2C old fashioned oats
1 scoop protein shake powder (I like vanilla with this one)
I like frozen pineapple with coconut milk. I also like adding cocoa powder and berries. The protein powder I use has a coffee flavor and I add cooled coffee to this with almond milk and it was delicious and kept me from drinking coffee later in the day. I try to have a different shake every day so that I don't get bored.
If you happen to live in a state with H.E.B. as a grocer, they recently came out with a no sugar added "Blendables" frozen fruit/veggie mix for blending. All you do is add water, but I like to amp up my smoothies with extra spinach and cucumbers, sometimes a banana with unsweetened cocoa powder. Yum!
I use one of the following items:
1. fresh swiss chard, spinach, or carrots (veggie)
2. Advacado, coconut milk, coconut flakes, ground flax seed, pb/almond butter or olive oil (fat)
3. Vegan, dairy free protein powder; I use Arbonne (protein)
4. Frozen berries, 1/banana,
There you have a hormonal balanced shake complete with your protein, healthy fat, and carb.
If you want to get fancy, throw in some vegan fiber powder
My fav is my Blueberry Pie Smoothie. 1 c blueberries, 1 packet Brown Sugar/Cinnamon Kashi breakfast oatmeal, with a splash or two of Unsweeted Vanilla Almond Milk. Its ridiculous!!!!! Throw a banana in there too if you want. IMO banana makes any smoothie have that rich creamy taste without whole milk/cream.
