I like Tabata Transformation. It's tough but I feel great afterwards!
Mine is the power yoga with Mark.He gives just enough exercise to make you burn and sweat and enough breaks to cool down in.
So far .. and I have only done 3 (Im a newb) The chest and triceps has been the most challenging / intense
Box and burn is my favorite too. But the kickboxing with keira is right up there.
I'm a kettlebell nut, so I like Cody's complete kettlebell circuit (and for a fast pick me up, his KB in 9 comes in a close second)
Metabolic Maximizer, but this is just day 3 for me.
I really like kicking it with keaira for a short pick me up
This is my first week and I have done the Move series - my favorite was All Stars - putting it all together from all week was AWESOME!
I like JR, I believe he is awesome, and has a great attitude. When will he have his own program?
I'm new and have tried Cody's Tabata. Know it's a power workout because I do other types of training and after two days of Tabata I'm super swore. 15 min core workout is good too.
I'm new to the workouts but I really liked Luc 180.
I like most of the TBT series, mainly because I live in an apartment and it doesn't require much jumping. I would love to do more Inferno, but my downstairs neighbors would hate me for it.
Cody's workouts are awesome. Especially the KB's
For me, all the True Beginner exercises are the best. Core 1 & 2, Strength and Cardio 1 & 2 kick my butt.
