    The Box and Burn video kicks my butt everytime! Unfortunately, I don't realize it until hours later.

    Cody's workouts are killer crazy but I love em! Definitely my favorite workouts by far.

    Mine is the power yoga with Mark.He gives just enough exercise to make you burn and sweat and enough breaks to cool down in.

    Im new as well and so far I love all the dance videos. She is a wonderful instructor and keeps me motivated and I work up a great sweat. I love the African Tribal one. Im trying the tabata transformation today. I cant wait to try them all. This is such a wonderul site for people who dont want to join a gym. Im spreading the word. Thank you

    Cody's workouts!!! I love Tabata Transformation. I really like KB in 9, but I wish it were longer. The Complete Kettlebell moves a little too slow if you already know all of the moves. I like Eitan's Intense Abs too.

    I'm a kettlebell nut, so I like Cody's complete kettlebell circuit (and for a fast pick me up, his KB in 9 comes in a close second)

      I like this one too, just wish they had a "beginner" one that shows you all the moves, and a "returning user" - so we could just skip the instructional

    Mobility Yoga is great when you are sore the day after a hard workout. It reduces my soreness at least 50% and makes me feel more lose and energized! I am then able to do another workout because my body feels so much better!

    I'm new and have tried Cody's Tabata. Know it's a power workout because I do other types of training and after two days of Tabata I'm super swore. 15 min core workout is good too.

    I like most of the TBT series, mainly because I live in an apartment and it doesn't require much jumping. I would love to do more Inferno, but my downstairs neighbors would hate me for it.

    For me, all the True Beginner exercises are the best. Core 1 & 2, Strength and Cardio 1 & 2 kick my butt.
