What do you use for cooking sprays for Ignite?

  • Most of the cooking sprays (even organic ones) have soy lecithin in them. Some of the recipes I've used call for cooking sprays. Most of the time, I melt coconut oil to grease pans, but others call for spraying the actual food when baking. For instance, this recipe: http://www.self.com/fooddiet/...

It's ignite friendly, but not the spray....Help please :)
    Thank you!

I also have a Misto with olive oil in it. I got mine at Costco and it was a two pack for around maybe $14. Pampered Chef has a similar 'pump action' sprayer, as well.
