What do you use for cooking sprays for Ignite?

    Most of the cooking sprays (even organic ones) have soy lecithin in them. Some of the recipes I've used call for cooking sprays. Most of the time, I melt coconut oil to grease pans, but others call for spraying the actual food when baking. For instance, this recipe: http://www.self.com/fooddiet/...

    It's ignite friendly, but not the spray....Help please :)

    I also have a Misto with olive oil in it. I got mine at Costco and it was a two pack for around maybe $14. Pampered Chef has a similar 'pump action' sprayer, as well.
