What IGNITE recipes have you created/used?
I have seen many posts here where people are feeling like they have low energy during the first week. Even though it's only day 2 for me, I don't anticipate those problems. I was wondering if it's a matter of not knowing what to do with the permissible ingredients or if it's more due to the fact that I may not be doing as much high intensity workouts as others.AMixon379 by:
For dinner last night, I made a delicious salmon steak with fresh cut green beans. I used a little olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper on the salmon and baked it. I only ate half of the steak. I blanched the green beans and then lightly coated them in sea salt. I did toss those in a very small amount of olive oil over medium-high heat since I wanted crunch and flavor.
