What IGNITE recipes have you created/used?

  • I have seen many posts here where people are feeling like they have low energy during the first week. Even though it's only day 2 for me, I don't anticipate those problems. I was wondering if it's a matter of not knowing what to do with the permissible ingredients or if it's more due to the fact that I may not be doing as much high intensity workouts as others.
