I've been told from a trainer it is the lactic acid building up in your legs and you need to keep working out or running to help it go away. I had the same problem after completing the metabolizer workout. I went for a little jog and I felt much better. If i sit for a long time it comes back, so I always stretch after sitting for awhile.

If your muscles are sore a day or two after your workout, then it means you had a good workout. The soreness comes from micro-tears in the muscle and your body is rebuilding itself to be able to compensate for the next time it has to bear that load. IE you are building muscle. Stretching and foam rolling can help with the pain, but don't over work your legs or it will take longer to heal

Go for a walk and stretch! It will help circulate the lactic acid that is a contributor to that "sore feeling." Also take a bath with epsom salts and HYDRATE! The biggest mistake people make is not doing anything the next day, sitting on the couch and waiting for it to just "go away." So get movin :)
