What is the best bread and not too exspensive?
My husband has Celiac disease, so I've been a dedicated gluten-free shopper for years. The best bread brand I've found is Udi. They make bread, bagels, pizza crust, hamburger and hot dog buns, cookies, and granola (oats are gluten free if properly sourced). If your local grocer doesn't carry it, I've found it online as well.
I find myself partial to Sara Lee Delightful Multigrain. 45 calories per slice. Understand that I am not following the ignite program. I hope it works for those who do, but what I am doing is working for me, and I don't find the reasons given for the 21 day thing compelling. So if you are following the ignite program, my favorite is out as it contains gluten.
